For over 30 years the agrtourism Casa de Bertoldi had been a benchmark for those who want to really know and appreciate the traditional kitchen of Belluno and the Veneto region. The menu is characterized by express dishes, like home made pasta and bread, and other preparations made mostly with the products of the farm and the territory.
The quality of the products and simplicity are the main element of a style that roots deep in the culture of the pour rural kitchen of Belluno, integrating it with the more elaborated recipes coming from the Dolomitic area of the north and the more refined cuisine of the Ventian territory and the south of Italy.
Casa de Bertoldi is a Slow Food Presidium, for the production of the characteristically delicate and fine bean Gialèt. For most part of the year you can find the bean Gialèt and other varieties of beans, together with other products of the farm in our menu and also for sell.
The restaurant is open to the public from Friday and Saturday at dinner all the other days is open for the guests staying at the structure but also for other clients but only on reservation.
Every sunday, from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, Casa de Bertoldi offers, in a warm and familiar atmosphere, its traditional country brunch.
Along with classics like bacon and eggs, cakes, ornage juice and coffee, it's possible to taste typical dishes of its kitchen like vegetable pasta rolls, maiale al latte (pork cooked in milk) with puree, cabbage salad with moutarde, and other special recipes coming from the tradition of Casa de Bertoldi
