Our apartments have been obtained by restoring some of the rural buildings of the main structure of the farm that dates back to the XV century. They are independent, comfortable and cosy. Arranged on two stories with a living/kitchenette at the ground floor, they are all provided with TV set and free WiFi.
A wood stove is present in every apartment and can be used to cook like in the old times and or, in the winter months, to increase the temperature of the flat with the sweet warmth of the fire. The lodges let you enjoy your vacation in harmony with the surrounding territory in every season.
MÈRICA
Facing the main courtyard, the apartment features a double bedroom with bathroom at the first floor. The living room at the ground floor hosts a sofa that can be divided into two single beds. In the living room is also present a furnished kitchenette.
The last two inhabitants of the stable, the area where the apartment has been derived from, had been two cows called Prima and Mèrica, two auspicious names. Mèrica comes from America. For the farmers as well as for big part of Italy, the United States of America represented the dream and the hopes for a better future.
TIÈDA
It’s a two level apartment, the biggest of the farm and can host 7 people. At the first floor there is a master bedroom with double bed one bedroom with two singles or one double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. At the ground floor there is a vast living room with kitchenette and another bathroom. The apartment faces a patio and and is furnished with a wood stove for heating in the winter days, but also for cooking, like in the old times, on the gentile heat of the wood fire.
In the rural culture the “tiéda” was, together with the stable and the house, one of the main spaces of the farm. It was used everyday as a carriage depot, warehouse for the “fasòi” (beans) and other vegetables.
For the important happenings, like weddings and baptisms the “tieda” used to be decorated with fresh boughs and flowers in order to host the the party for the whole community.

CANEVÌN
Also this apartment faces a patio. It’s a two level apartment that can host up to 4 people. At the ground floor there is a living room with two single sofa beds and a kitchenette. At the first floor the main bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom.
Canevìn in the dialect of the area means little canteen. But actually for a long time this space had been the stable of Gino. Gino was a horse left behind by the German army, during the retreat at the end of the second world war, and adopted by the farmers. They say that on earing his own name he used to smile showing all his teeth.
RONDENÈRA
The apartment is a two level apartment. It has a king size bed on the forst floor where also the bathroom is. At the ground floor, in the living room, there is a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. The door opens on the main courtyard.
This apartment takes its name after the peculiar fact that for some reason the room was seasonally chosen by the swallows as the place where to build their nets. The last inhabitant of this area had been a cow called prima (first) with the hope that many others would follow her birth.
TALVÀ
A two stories apartment with two single beds ad the bathroom at the first floor and a double sofa bed at the ground floor where a kitchenette is also present.
Talvà is the dialectal name for barn. The upper part of the stable was a storage for the hay that was then thrown down directly into the stable through a hole.
